Both blading and Skating require a certain level of skill. Skatboarding obviously takes a higher degree of skill. You can use the pros as an example, pro bladers on average only go upto the age of about 25-30 and thats rare in its self. Where as skateboarding is a more progressive sport and the pros keep progressing till 30's - 40's. Bladind is more active (have you ever seen how tired a boarder is after goin on blades)Ive been blading for 6 years and boarding for 2 years and Ive learnt to appreciate the high points of both of them, where as I can jump down a set of 10 steps or do a stair rail on my blades I know it will take years and years to do that on my board. I love getting tons of air and spinnin like shit, you cant put either sport down cus I bet any of the boarders who are puttin bladers down couldnt do shit on a pair of blades and vise verser. Its like comparing skateboarding to shotput.

Skatboarding is a very hard sport, but I do believe the argument was between skateboarding and blading..

Bladind isn't even a sport.. it's a type of tree - commonly used for making sandcastles with.
